What we do
Cooler weather is citrus season in Cyprus, and anyone who has a lemon tree knows how impossible it is to use — or even give away — a bountiful harvest! Let’s get creative making one sweet, and one savoury recipe, as well as discussing other ways to preserve the harvest and use lemons around the house throughout the year. Save money by making your own jam and chutney, wow your friends with cupcakes and muffins. Anyone with a lemon tree should definitely give this workshop a try!

What you get
You will get recipe print-outs of what we make and links to places where you will find other recipes. You will also take home samples of what we make to share with friends and family...and meet some cool new people.
Who should come
This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn more about lemons. It is not really suitable for children younger than 6, as space is limited in the kitchen and we will be using the stove.

Your enthusiasm, and any ideas, recipes, and questions about lemons that you have.
